 10 oz Blau's Kielbasa or Hungarian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
 1 Large green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
 1 Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
 1 cup Pineapple or mango chunks
 4 Wooden skewers

Quick, simple, healthy kabobs made with sausage and fresh, seasonal veggies. These kabobs are ready in MINUTES! One of the easiest weeknight meals you can make, and perfect for parties and BBQs too. Switch up the recipe with Blau's Italian Sausage, Jambalaya brats or Jalapeno brats.

To assemble, skewer one piece of sausage, followed by zucchini, red pepper, green pepper, and pineapple or mango, then repeat twice more. Follow these steps to make 4 skewers.
