A Family Tradition, Three Generations Strong

The Blau family name has been synonymous with “quality meat” since the 1970s. Mark Blau’s father, Harley, along with friend Bob Connor, started processing deer out of their garage in Milwaukee. In 1971, they purchased what was once an old cheese mart in Saukville, Wisconsin, bringing their meat cutting and sausage making expertise to the retail world. And Saukville Meats was born.
